Orders are binding upon confirmed payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and Purchase Orders for approved institutional accounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order with full refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened instruments in original sterile packaging. 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under Australian Consumer Law.
